00:06last year banned backwards hats in locker room. Um, I think there's so much evidence

00:13in the building, in the building. Yeah. Okay. I think there's so much evidence why the EB

00:19thing was never going to work almost from the beginning that can't come from the OC

00:25when there's a head coach. That's also the president of football ops. Like if you're

00:28like, that sounds like a tone that like a Tom Coughlin type of dude can set, but like

00:34when you're not the guy, you can't install rules like that. I think I totally disagree

00:40with that. Trying to install a rule like that. I also think it's dumb. Well, they said they

00:44were going to try to bring somebody in to change up the way they were doing things.

00:48So if I bring a guy in and he says, we have, we have rules in Kansas city like that. So

00:53we're going to do it here. At least you need to have that coach. Did Andy ever care about

00:57backwards hats? And he cared about certain ways you dress certain things you did like

01:01on the road. We couldn't wear blue jeans. Okay. I didn't wear blue jeans on the road

01:07and I could have set up there when like most guys would do, they'll go buy some green jeans

01:11or some brown jeans. I didn't wear jeans when the coach said no jeans, weren't you a suit

01:15guy anyway, but being a veteran guy and you start following those rules, guess what happened?

01:20Other people start following and it doesn't mean you're going to win. But the fact that

01:25people just fought that little band like that, they say inside the building, I didn't see

01:30the story. Was that, yeah. Was there a lot of consternation about that? It was the same

01:34people that were complaining to, I'm not here anymore. One of them still here, Cosby still

01:37here. And then Logan and, and, and turnstile are gone, you know? So this, this is the problem

01:44with this team though. They complain about every change, whether it's something football

01:51or not. Just like I said in the, in the story, it said that if you're not winning, you can't

01:56expect this. Well, if you're not winning, you can't expect to set the rules as players

01:59neither. Can you? There were a lot of stuff when I played that I thought was the dumbest

02:06things in the world, but the coach set the rule in place and you follow it. Yeah. I uh,

02:16not being able to wear a hat seems dumb to me or wear a hat backwards. I also wear a

02:20hat backwards a lot. It's most sad. You don't have a hat on, but if things pick up as you

02:26win and things as you lose, just completely fall apart. Sometimes you don't wait till

02:31you start winning. When you're a new person coming in, we want to do something new. I

02:34set a tone early. I get that. And if I have someone to support me in it, it could go.

02:40That's I don't think, I think that whole marriage was so broken from the beginning because you

02:46had a guy that was in charge of everything. And then he hired somebody to be in charge.

02:52And that dude really tried to assert himself probably more than he should have in hindsight.

02:56And it just never was going to work. And I think the hat man is a testament to it. And

03:02frankly, I'm happy to not have to deal with that kind of stuff.
