Resolution submitted in KP assembly regarding electricity prices

00:09Yes, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly has been ordered by the government of Khazan-e-Ilahi

00:15which has been said that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa produces electricity from water

00:22and then it is provided to the whole country.

00:25This electricity is provided to this province by the government of Khazan-e-Ilahi for Rs. 70 to Rs. 80 per unit.

00:33So, after the 18th amendment, the first right of this province is on electricity.

00:38So, the government of Khazan-e-Ilahi should provide Rs. 10 to Rs. 15 per unit of electricity to this province.

00:44This is the legal right of this province.

00:47After that, the electricity that is produced should be provided to the rest of the countries.

00:51The government has submitted this request to the Assembly Secretariat of the KP Assembly

00:56which will be considered in the next session of the Assembly.
