00:05national security and membership of that court, I'm going to choose this country's national

00:12So when you say it's a foreign court, Shane, just to be clear, when you say it's a foreign

00:17court, it's a court that we were part of setting up as Great Britain, as the United Kingdom.

00:23It also has a British judge sitting on it.

00:25So I'm just wondering why you call it a foreign court.

00:27It's a court that we were part of establishing.

00:29But it is in Strasbourg, Fiona, and that means it's not a British court.

00:32It's not a court that has nothing to do with us.

00:34We were absolutely instrumental in setting it up.

00:36My point is very clear.

00:37I believe everything we're doing is in compliance with our rules and regulations.

00:41But this issue is too important to not to be able to grip.

00:45I want to deliver on the thing that I promised you I would deliver on.

00:48I want to get these flights off, build this incentive, or remove the incentive, build

00:51the deterrent.

00:52It's the only way to solve this problem.

00:54Now, you and I disagree on that, right?

00:56You think it's fine for people to come and they shouldn't be removed.
