00:33Dot Cottage, which is the most photographed cottage on the Yorkshire coast, is up for sale.

00:40Many of us parents often notice the out-of-date equipment that our children are playing with in public playgrounds, often run by the council.

00:50Well, the council in Wakefield are deciding whether they need to close five playgrounds across the district due to out-of-date equipment.

01:00This comes following the closure of a so-called dangerous death slide in Pontefract Park recently.
