(Adnkronos) - "Chi parla di sostituzione non guarda i dati, nel 2100 ci saranno 36 milioni di persone in Italia, la compensazione è necessaria" cosi Daniele Pucci, Coord. Artificial and Meccanical Intelligence, Istit. Italiano Tecnologia, in occasione del WMF - We Make Future, a Bologna dal 13 al 15 giugno all’interno dei padiglioni di BolognaFiere.

00:00We have received the mission from INELE to conceive, develop and implement new technologies that could help workers of the future.
00:13And for this we have conceived basically three things.
00:16The first is a humanoid robot that can help workers to carry heavy loads.
00:21The second is smart clothes that can understand when the risk of workers is too high on specific tasks.
00:28And the third is artificial intelligence that enables these two components.
00:33When we talk about substitution, we often do not look at the data and trends of the population in the coming years.
00:42In Italy, it is estimated that by 2100 there will be 36 million Italians.
00:47And this means that there will be a strong compression of the workforce.
00:51Therefore, robotics and artificial intelligence will not replace, but will fundamentally compensate for the lack of a workforce that our country will certainly see coming.
