00:00Okay, folks, we are at the brand new Pinehurst number 10.

00:04We are going to put every single shot

00:06of me playing the back nine at Pinehurst number 10.

00:09Tom Doak just opened in April.

00:11The first new course Pinehurst has opened in decades

00:14and it's spectacular.

00:15It's a beautiful day in Pinehurst.

00:17It's always a beautiful day in Pinehurst,

00:18but especially this day.

00:19Here's the 10th hole.

00:20It's a long par five, highest point of the property.

00:23Little bit of a toe hooky one here into the left stuff,

00:26but at Pinehurst, you can miss fairways a little bit.

00:29Get lucky, I did here.

00:30Tried to hook a four iron out of there.

00:32Didn't quite catch it, so it just ends up in the left rough.

00:34I'm about 250 out and I smoked this one, folks.

00:37I absolutely smoked this one.

00:39There's a little bit of a ridge just left of the pin

00:42that goes around that bunker.

00:43With a mini driver, it just skirted that thing perfectly.

00:46That's why I'm leaning.

00:47That's why I'm hoping.

00:48Rolled right by the hole up onto the top of this ridge

00:50where the pin is.

00:51Here's a huge putt for Birdie after some pretty bad shots.

00:55He loves it, folks.

00:56He just absolutely loves it.

00:57Out there by himself celebrating, arms in the air.

01:02Here we are in the par three.

01:03I've got about a six iron.

01:05Kind of back into a little bit here,

01:07so just trying to smooth something up there.

01:09Came up just a hair short left.

01:11Decided to putts it up the hill.

01:12Not my best effort, kind of fanned it,

01:14so we've got about six feet slider for par.

01:17Miss it.

01:18This isn't easy either, but he makes it.

01:20On to yet another par five.

01:22This is a great hole, one of my favorites out here,

01:24the 12th.

01:25This is kind of my stinger, flighted,

01:27whatever you want to call it, driver.

01:28You can really rip one up the right side

01:30and catch kind of a speed slot.

01:31I hit it a little bit down the left side,

01:32so I've still got a ways in, 250, 260 or so.

01:36We've got the mini driver again.

01:37We just got up and down for Birdie with the mini driver,

01:39so here we are, ripping it at the right side of the green.

01:41This one is so fun to hit, and then here we are

01:44with just short, putting it to the back pin.

01:46I tried to hit it off that back ridge,

01:48have it sling around.

01:49I kind of hit it no man's land.

01:51You'd either rather hit it perfect speed right at the pin,

01:53or you'd either rather hit it harder

01:55and get it to come off that ridge.

01:57I did neither, left myself 10 footer or so, misread it.
