00:09Rishi Senak. I find him highly irritating and I think that he's messing up our country

00:25lot of the problems the country faces because where so much power is centralised on Westminster,
00:31650 MPs are responsible for things as small as placing chess sets in local parks.
00:41Things that, obviously saying this with Birmingham City Council in the background, not all local
00:45authorities are competent, but I think in general local authorities should be doing
00:49a lot more government.
00:50They should have the ability to raise revenue, more abilities to borrow and invest than they
00:55currently do and I think power should be moved away from Westminster.
