00:03Last night, the Boston Celtics took care of business against

00:05the Dallas Mavericks. They're up 2-0 in the NBA finals. So,

00:09certainly, the Mavs up against it but can they get back in it

00:11as this moves to Dallas? 105 to 98, the final yesterday. A push

00:17in some spots, six and a half, seven and a half, really close.

00:20Matt, the odds maker certainly did a great job handicapping

00:23this game and setting the odds. I guess what I would ask you is

00:26that with a couple of nights to sort of go back, take a look,

00:30and determine what they did wrong, can Dallas get themselves

00:33back into the series because I would guess if they don't win

00:36Wednesday night, the series is over. It's just a matter of

00:39when, not if.

00:42Yeah, that's certainly what it seems like. It's very similar

00:45to their last series only in reverse.

00:48You know, I think in this case, though, Boston's just a better

00:50team. We're seeing it. They're deeper.

00:53They play sound defense. They're more experienced than the

00:57Timberwolves, which is allowing them to overcome some of the

01:00things Dallas is doing defensively.

01:03They're certainly playing better defense on the pick and roll.

01:06They're, you know, Luka was great last night, but he had

01:08eight turnovers and the rest of the team wasn't hitting threes

01:12and they were missing free throws and that's just going to

01:15be a recipe for disaster. I mean, Boston didn't play that

01:18well offensively. They didn't shoot the ball well from three

01:22and Jason Tatum wasn't really scoring and he was passing well.

01:26He was setting up his teammates well, but that was the game

01:29they needed to steal. They didn't do it. They really weren't

01:32that close in the long run. They made that late push and yes,

01:36there was a foul at the end. They could have been called.

01:38That would have made things a lot more interesting, but it

01:40wasn't and Boston was, you know, kind of had a nice lead all

01:43second half. So I think if you're Dallas, you're really hoping

01:47the home crowd and your role players being better at home

01:50and hitting some of those open threes is what propels you

01:54because right now it just looks like where do you go?

01:56How do you beat this Boston team? They're doing too many

01:59things well against us defensively and they haven't even played

02:02that great offensively. At least they didn't play that great

02:05offensively last game. So it's going to be quite the uphill

02:08battle. They need Kyrie to join the party for sure. And I

02:12don't know if Boston's defense is going to allow that.
