00:00Growing food for a living is just the best lifestyle ever.

00:05I've been doing it for 40 years and I'm fit and healthy, it's over 70 and I love it.

00:12And I just would love to be able to encourage and teach as many other people

00:18and give them the opportunity to learn to grow stuff that builds community resilience and health.

00:24I wanted to do something different and not be on the hamster wheel.
