00:06anniversary of the D-Day landings. So of course our top story today is about the

00:12veterans. They risked it all for our freedom. A special exhibition commemorating

00:19some of the veterans who were involved in the D-Day landings takes place.

00:25Special portraits capturing 16 veterans who served in Normandy and are

00:30beneficiaries of Blind Veterans UK, the national charity for visually impaired

00:35ex-servicemen and women, is on display at the National Army Museum in London.

00:42Over in Saltmore, a luxury 10 million pound wellness retreat is set to open in

00:48Sand's End. Normally Fish and Chip Day is a Friday and the National Fish and Chip

00:54Day is normally the first Friday in June but it's today to mark the

00:59anniversary of the biggest seaborne invasion, yes of course the 80th
