00:10 Sussex today. 43 new homes could be built in a village between Horsham and Crawley.

00:16 Developers want to knock down agricultural buildings and build a new estate on land at

00:19 Millfields Farm, Horsham Road in Rusper. They are currently seeking planning permission

00:24 from Horsham District Council alongside permission for a new access road, public open space and

00:29 landscaping works. The Kent and East Sussex themed railway held a gala to mark its 50th

00:35 anniversary over the weekend. The gala saw a number of guest locomotives join the railway's

00:39 existing fleet which made for a great celebration of such a long time of devotion. The line

00:45 was originally a victim of the beaching cuts in the 1950s but it's been lovingly restored

00:50 by a fleet of enthusiastic volunteers over the last five decades and now runs trains

00:56 to stations throughout Kent and East Sussex. Meanwhile a retirement home near Hustier Point

01:02 is set to appear on Channel 5 this weekend. A Grade 1 listed retirement home, Danny House,

01:08 will appear on an episode of the World's Most Luxurious Retirement Homes which pretty

01:12 much does what it says on the tin. It showcases luxury retirement homes from all over the

01:16 world and Danny House has apparently made the cut which is fantastic news for them.
