00:45 and I had a real hard time going to learn lines, fake words, to go do fake story.

00:52 My reality was way too heavy and important.

00:56 So I had to balance that, but then my reality was fitting into the narrative of

01:03 where Mike was at in the beginning of the season, mourning the loss of his mother,

01:08 kind of at his wits end, and he makes big changes and choices in his life.

01:12 So there's a lot of through lines that I could use my own personal life

01:16 to navigate through Mike through this season.

01:20 So it kind of helped.

01:22 Only when there's time in between it, you can look back and reflect back on something like that,

01:27 even though I still live in recovery every day, right?

01:30 But I don't feel like a superhero, but I certainly feel like I have superpowers.
