Does Actor Judson Scott Resemble Peter Mark Richman & Tanya Roberts Of VEGA$ (1980)?

Star Trek II: The Wrath Of Khan (1982) actor Judson Scott may resemble Peter Mark Richman & another actor / actress or group from some TV series / movie etc.. I was not quite sure of. My guess: Tanya Roberts. Richman & Roberts were together in ABC TV series VEGA$ (1978, to June 3, 1981) (S.2 E.20 "Golden Gate Cop Killer Part 1" - 1980).

- Richman & Scott were in separate episodes of the TJ Hooker (1982-1985) police drama on ABC. Judson Scott was in Season 3, Episode 15 "Exercise In Murder" in 1984. Heather Locklear & Robert Davi were also in this. Richman was in Season 5, Episode 15 "Death Trip" in 1986.
- A big clue that backs up Scott's resemblance to Richman may be the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "The Neutral Zone". In this, Richman plays a frozen businessman thawed out after 200 years. The premise is similar to original series Star Trek Episode Space Seed in 1967. This featured the first appearance of Ricardo Montalban as Khan, likewise frozen in space in the 1990's.
