00:00 Hi, my name is Ruth Thompson. I'm a volunteer for The Haven. I absolutely love it. It's
00:07 given me lots of experience. I've had access to people and been able to help them in a
00:12 way that I never would have been able to if I hadn't been a volunteer. I suggest anybody
00:17 volunteers. It's a really good experience. You learn a lot about yourself and you can
00:22 support other people.
