This is the shocking moment when a teenager snatched a phone out of a stranger's hand in the street.

The 16-year-old rode up on a bike as the woman was taking pictures of her daughter, and grabbed the phone from her hand.

The teen, who can’t be named for legal reasons, has been electronically tagged after pleading guilty to phone snatching.
