03:24 And it's a fortnightly timetable so that the foods

03:28 don't get repeated.

03:30 And I remember when I invest, or even if I am endorsing,

03:36 if I'm leveraging my name to a brand,

03:39 I do a little bit of due diligence.

03:41 I first take the product.

03:43 First, I label read.

03:45 That's the first stage.

03:47 And then after that-- and also, while we're paying emphasis

03:51 today only on talking about how moms have to take cognizance

03:56 and make sure that kids are eating healthy and all

03:59 of that, this is not just about the kids.

04:02 This is also for the moms to be healthy,

04:05 or the women to be healthy.

04:06 Do you all know that label reading is actually

04:09 the easiest way to lose weight also?

04:12 Because you know the nutrients at the back of the pack.

04:16 You know exactly what you want, how much you want,

04:19 and what you need to omit, like high sugar foods, sodium,

04:25 how much fiber you want in your food,

04:27 how much protein there is in a noodle packet or a cup of noodles.

04:34 So I just think that you have to be aware.

04:40 And that is extremely important.

04:44 The rest just falls into place.

04:47 If you're just living and eating in awareness,
