00:53 sometimes it get a little risky because some people really take it to the heart.

01:05 or holding it in to where, you know, their feelings might really be hurt.

01:09 And in our community, when our feelings get hurt, especially a lot of black men,

01:13 we don't result in expressing that way the most positive,

01:17 expressing that our feelings hurt in the most positive manner.

01:20 Sometimes it leads to motherfuckers being killed, assaulted, you know what I'm saying?

01:25 Hurt or even, you know, it keeps it stringing along and it takes a toll on you mentally.
