The movie follows Sophia, a woman who tragically lost her son. Driven by grief and a desire for revenge, Sophia seeks the help of an occultist named Solomon to perform the Abramelin operation, a ritual to contact her son's spirit. They lock themselves in a secluded house and endure a series of physically and mentally demanding rituals to achieve the desired outcome. As the ritual progresses, the lines between reality and delusion blur as they are tormented by strange occurrences and terrifying entities. Through it all, Sophia grapples with her true intentions and the price she must pay to achieve them. The story explores themes of grief, obsession, the occult, and the lengths people will go to to pursue vengeance.
