Claims Northern Territory doesn’t address cost of living crisis

Servicing the Northern Territory's debt will become the third most expensive expenditure in the budget. The Northern Territory's net debt is forecast to reach 11 billion dollars next year which is expected to lead to a down-grading of the territory economy by ratings agencies.
