Shared by Thippawan, this footage shows the strong winds of a severe summer storm making people in a hospital fear for their lives.
"This storm hit Uttaradit province, affected Uttaradit Hospital, and caused great damage to several buildings," Thippawan told WooGlobe.
The filmer further stated that the damage was due to a lethal combination of nonstop rains and strong gusts of wind, and a ferocious glimpse of it is included in this video.
