00:00The big ticket items you would think would be the media rights deals, where that's the

00:08vast majority of money that's coming into the schools, sponsorship revenue, primarily

00:13from the larger national, international brands.

00:16And then I think at a lower level, probably revenue that comes in from ticket sales.

00:21And I think what's important with respect to any settlement is that there's not a cap

00:26that's put in place as to how much revenue can or is going to be shared on a school by

00:31school basis.

00:32Because I think if that happens, all that the NCAA and the schools are doing is inviting

00:38yet another lawsuit.

00:40I think the big reason why you would want a settlement at this juncture, where it would

00:43probably pay out at least a billion dollars to get there, is for some assurance that it's

00:50not going to find itself consistently back in the judicial system, where as of late,

00:55it continues to lose time and time again.
