In the stillness of meditation, I find my breath. Inhaling deeply, I feel the air fill my lungs, bringing life and energy to every cell in my body. Exhaling slowly, I release tension and negativity, allowing peace to flow through me. With each breath, I connect to the present moment, letting go of the past and future. In this sacred space, I find clarity, strength, and a deep sense of inner peace. Breathe in, breathe out. Inhale, exhale. This is where I find my true self.
