Queen Rania of Jordan was spotted arriving at the NBC studios in New York yesterday (May 2) afternoon.

The wife of King Abdullah II looked elegant in a black jacket and trousers.

She completed the ensemble with smart white heels and a small black handbag.

Wearing her hair in loose waves, she opted for a neutral make-up look.

Greeting staff with a smile and a handshake, she could be seen walking to the studios at 15.40pm yesterday afternoon.

Staff and police surrounded the car as she left the building at 16.50pm while waving at bystanders outside.

Security detail could be seen walking with the Queen, 53, as she walked from the doors to the car.

Last month, the family announced Rania was due to become a first-time grandmother as her son, Prince Hussein, was expecting his first child.
