00:04 I felt like that's the way it was supposed to be.

00:07 Yeah, I mean, I loved it.

00:09 I think Maddie even says that in the thing.

00:12 It's like, that's what we do.

00:14 We end up at a hospital together

00:15 and all the good stuff happens.

00:17 So yeah, no, it felt perfect.

00:22 I think that they are,

00:26 first of all, I love,

00:28 I mean, we're one of the older couples on the show.

00:31 And I love that it took them a minute to find each other.

00:36 But I love that all of their broken pieces separately,

00:42 somehow feel fixed when they're together.

00:46 And I think that Maddie needed somebody like Chimney

00:51 to shine light on the darkness she had been in.

00:56 And I think that Chimney needed somebody to see him

00:59 for how special he is.

01:01 And Maddie does that for him.

01:03 And so, I don't know, I ship them.

01:07 Like I just, I really do.

01:08 I just think it's like such a,

01:10 it's such a beautiful thing.

01:11 And it's so funny because I really did say to Tim,

01:14 like the first day, he was like,

01:15 what do you wanna do on the show?

01:17 And I said, I want Maddie and Chimney to end up together.

01:19 And everybody was like, what are you talking about?

01:22 And we had not even had a scene together yet.

01:24 So who knows like if we would have had chemistry or not,

01:27 or whatever, but I was like, that's her person.

01:29 Like I just, there's something about it.

01:32 I was like, that's the person she needs

01:34 to like to fix all of this stuff that's happened to her.

01:39 And he felt the same.

01:41 And so I think that we've just always come

01:43 to their relationship with a lot of gratitude

01:45 and excitement for them.

01:48 - I have some friends who are happily married.

01:51 And when you ask, how'd you meet your wife?

01:54 They say, when I saw her,

01:56 I knew in my head I was gonna marry her.

01:58 And I told my friend, I'm gonna marry that girl.

02:00 I told my friend, I'm gonna marry that girl.

02:02 And I think that actually happens a lot, love at first sight.

02:06 And I think that's the case for Maddie and Chimney.

02:09 I think the first time he saw her

02:10 when they were gonna helping her move and all that,

02:12 and she saw him, there was that instantaneous kind of,

02:15 that's the one for me.

02:18 That's the one.

02:19 I've been waiting through all these people,

02:21 but that is the one.

02:23 And I think Maddie's line at the end where she says,

02:28 we always find our way back to each other.

02:30 It doesn't matter what optical they have thrown their way,

02:33 they're gonna find their way back to one another.

02:35 And I just wanna say that it's just so incredible

02:39 to play all of these different colors

02:42 with an actor like Jennifer Love Hewitt.

02:46 She's so special and dear to me.

02:50 Personally, we've become the best of friends.

02:52 I love her, I love her entire family.

02:54 And I think that personal relation bleeds on screen.

02:59 So we know that we're always there for each other,

03:01 however far out it seems, however kooky it may seem,

03:05 however dark it may seem,

03:08 we know that we're there for each other

03:09 and we got each other's backs.

03:11 I think that's what translates.

03:13 And personally, I think that Chimney and Maddie,

03:14 I think they're the greatest couple on TV right now

03:18 because they have been through so much

03:21 and they always overcome it.

03:23 And I think it's a metaphor for a couple

03:25 of just relationships in general.

03:27 Everybody has strife, everybody has conflict

03:31 in their relationships,

03:32 and you always have to somehow come back together.

03:34 Somehow you have to come back together to make it work.

03:37 - I mean, he's the best.

03:41 Like, first of all, he's the best human.

03:45 I always say to people, no matter what's going on in life,

03:49 no matter what's going on in the world,

03:51 especially when we were filming during COVID

03:52 and all of that stuff, he is sunshine.

03:56 Like, he truly is that person and he's that person for me.

04:00 He's a great Uncle Kenny to my kids.

04:02 He's a great friend, my husband in real life.

04:06 He just feels like our family.

04:08 And he and I have always felt like family together.

04:10 And, you know, the crew just is always like,

04:13 oh God, those two again.

04:15 'Cause all we do is laugh and act like we're four.

04:19 But we have the best time and that's what it's about.

04:21 You know, you should be able to go to work

04:23 and still feel joy and have the long days

04:27 like move through easily with like a great partner

04:31 by your side.

04:32 And that's what he is for me.

04:33 And it's just been great.
