00:10Because of this, they spread wrong, misleading, and malicious information.

00:18Three different online libel complaints were filed against Beya Alonso at the Quezon City Prosecutor's Office earlier.

00:30The actress filed a complaint against the showbiz columnists, OG Diaz and Christie Firmin,

00:36as well as their co-hosts for their online shows,

00:40and a netizen who claimed to have approached her.

00:44In the actress' complaint affidavit, she was accused of spreading wrong, misleading, and malicious information.

00:54This includes the unlawful payment of the actress' tuition.

00:59Beya did not postpone the interview after the filing.

01:02For the record, this is the very first time that Beya is doing this.

01:07She has been in the industry for more than 20 years.

01:10And yes, she was greatly devastated.

01:15She was affected by all these defamatory statements thrown against her.

01:21She asserted her right to proceed with this filing of criminal cases

01:28against the individuals responsible for making all these damaging statements against her.
