Armidale has a new MRI scanner

00:00 Hi, I'm Jason Martin, I'm the General Manager of iMed for NSW.
00:07 We're very excited today to launch our new MRI service to the community here at Armidale.
00:13 This is a wonderful investment in diagnostic imaging in the region.
00:18 It is in excess of $2 million equipment and it is the state of the art equipment
00:23 which brings state of the art MRI services to the region
00:27 so that patients in this wonderful community do not need to travel a very long distance to get the very best care.
00:34 We're excited to bring this to the community and it brings acute diagnostic care right at the footstep of Armidale.
00:43 So please see your doctor and we will welcome our patients when they come in.
00:51 We're going to move the table up to height.
00:55 We need to make sure that the foot is very poised, we need to make sure that the areas are protected.
