Newcastle duo Chain Daisy are awarded the inaugural Paul Woseen Memorial Music Grant.

00:00 Paul Wasin was an incredible songwriter, incredibly talented about storytelling.

00:05 He also had a really strong relationship with the Jets guitarist Scott Kingman.

00:10 They co-wrote their last album together.

00:13 It was a relationship that was extremely important to Paulie.

00:17 The way their songwriting process was something that meant a great deal to him.

00:21 And when we saw our successful applicant's application,

00:26 there was a lot of those unique songwriting relationship techniques that were reflected.

00:30 It was something that was really special to us and really reflective of Paulie and Scottie's relationship.

00:35 So that was something that was very special and stood out for us.
