00:00 I am pleased to share the financial results of Adani Total Gas for the full year and quarter

00:07 four of the financial year 23-24.

00:12 Financial year 23-24 has been a transformative year for Adani Total Gas and the team ATGL

00:20 has delivered a robust operational and financial performance.

00:25 Let me share with you the key highlights.

00:30 Overall CGD volume rose by 15% year on year for the full year and 20% year on year during

00:39 quarter four.

00:41 Our CNG network has now increased to 547 stations.

00:48 We are serving now over 8.2 lakh PNG homes and chasing a target of a million homes.

00:56 Our full year EBITDA stood at INR 1150 crore which is 1150 crore up by 27% year on year

01:07 basis.

01:08 We are well capitalized.

01:10 During quarter four, which is from Jan to March 24, we commissioned phase one of Barsana

01:18 Compressed Biogas CBG plant which once fully commissioned across three phases will be India's

01:25 largest CBG plant.

01:28 Currently, on EV side, we have a network of 606 EV charging points spread across 14 states

01:36 and more than 1000 charging points are in the advanced stage of commissioning.

01:42 I will now share in brief our company profile and future growth diversity.

01:47 Adani Total Gas, as you are aware, is one of India's leading city gas distribution companies

01:55 present in 52 geographical areas.

01:58 Of these 52 GS, 33 are in a standalone ATGL and 19 geographical areas are with our joint

02:08 venture partner Indian Oil Corporation.

02:10 The company name is Indian Oil Adani Gas Pvt. Ltd. in short IOGPL.

02:16 Besides CGD, we are also present in e-mobility and compressed biogas business through our

02:23 wholly owned subsidiaries ATEL and ATBL.

02:26 We are fully committed to India's energy transition journey and continue to invest

02:32 in creating world class infrastructure across our geographical areas.

02:37 We are diversifying and incubating new business opportunities in the areas of compressed biogas,

02:44 EV charging infrastructure, LNG for trucking and mining, which we call it LTM, which are

02:50 adjacent to our core CGD business.

02:55 I will now share our operational and financial highlights for the quarter and year end March

03:01 31st, 2024.

03:03 During the year 2023-24, ATGL has built 91 new CNG stations, taking our network to 547

03:13 stations.

03:14 Of these, out of 547, 108 are on company owned dealer operated or dealer owned dealer operated

03:24 full branded CNG stations.

03:27 We will be having incremental focus to build our KODO and DODO CNG stations.

03:34 Our steel pipeline infrastructure has now increased to 12,023 inch kilometer.

03:41 This is a backbone of our CGD infrastructure.

03:46 This is helping us to reach large masses across all our geographical areas.

03:53 During the year, ATGL added 1,16,000 new homes on the PNG network, taking our domestic PNG

04:03 consumer base now to 8.2 lakh homes.

04:07 On the industrial consumer side, we have added 896 new consumers in financial year 2023-24

04:17 and the total industrial commercial numbers have now increased to 8,331 consumers, covering

04:24 diversified industries and commercial establishments.

04:28 Our Pan India footprint, along with our JV, IOGPL in CNG stations has crossed 900 stations

04:38 to 903 stations and serves over 9.76 lakh homes, 9,142 industrial and commercial consumers.

04:54 Now let me give you an update on our other businesses.

04:59 In e-mobility, we have 606 EV charging points across 14 states with additional 1,040 plus

05:09 EV charging points under various states of commissioning.

05:13 On our compressed biogas business side, as I spoke about the phase one of biogas or Sana

05:19 plant being commissioned, we have also won a tender to set up a 250 ton per day MSW plant

05:29 in Rajkot, which is a CBG plant and 500 ton CBG plant in Ahmedabad.

05:37 In our LTM business, we are setting up two LNG dispensing stations with one each at Dahej

05:44 in Gujarat and Tripur in the Tamil Nadu.

05:47 This is just the beginning of our footprint to be grown on LTM side, where we will set

05:54 up large number of LNG station across the country.

05:58 Now let me give you highlights on the CGD volume front.

06:02 During the year, our volume rose by 15% with the fast acceleration of our CNG network.

06:09 Our CNG volumes has increased by 21% year on year to 557 million metric cubic meter

06:19 and our PNG volume has grown by 5% on year on year basis to 308 MMSCM.

06:27 This PNG growth is largely due to recovery in PNG industry segment and new consumer's

06:32 addition on homes and commercial side.

06:36 On quarterly basis, in the quarter 4, CNG volume has increased by 23% year on year basis

06:44 to 149 million metric standard cubic meter and the PNG volume has increased by 15% year

06:53 on year basis to 83 MMSCM in quarter 4, financial year 23-24.

07:01 On the financial front, for full year, our revenue from operations stood at INR 4813

07:09 crore up by 3% year on year.

07:13 EBITDA has risen by 27% year on year to INR 1150 crore.

07:22 EBITDA after tax has increased to INR 653 crore up by 23% year on year basis.

07:32 For quarter 4, financial year 24, our revenue has gone up by 5% to 1257 crore year on year

07:42 basis.

07:43 Our EBITDA has increased by 49% on year on year basis to INR 305 crore.

07:51 Debt has increased to INR 165 crore.

07:54 We are very well capitalized with our debt to equity ratio at 0.41x and net debt to EBITDA

08:03 ratio at 0.89x.

08:07 Our credit rating is AA- by ICRA and Stable Outlook.

08:11 ATGL has drawn its capital management plan and will leverage its healthy balance sheet

08:18 to fund its future CAPEX requirements besides ploughing back its internal accruals.

08:25 Lastly, on ESG front, ATGL continues to have a focused approach on the sustainability front.

08:33 ATGL got ranked at 13th under Gas Utilities by S&P Global ESG rating and has become the

08:42 signatory to the United Nations Global Compact.

08:46 ATGL continues its initiatives on ESG program like Greenmosphere, Green Bank Development,

08:53 Solarization of ATGL sites, Water Harvesting, etc.
