'Masyadong matapang?' PBBM just showing love for country, says solon in response to Padilla quote

House Deputy Majority Leader Puwersa ng Bayaning Atleta (PBA) Party-list Rep. Margarita "Migs" Nograles says it's only right for President Marcos to fight for what he loves, which is his country, the Philippines.   Nograles had this to say in reaction to a statement from Senator Robin Padilla some two weeks ago, wherein he said that he thought Marcos' approach on the West Philippine Sea (WPS) issue was "too brave". 00:27 And if someone is bullying you, as our colleagues said,

00:32 if someone is stealing, especially women here, you know that your bravery will be exposed.

00:39 But you fight for what is yours, and that's what the President is doing.

00:42 He is fighting for us, and he is showing how much he loves the Philippines.

00:50 And so if the stance of the Honorable Senator is brave, that's his own opinion.

00:59 Personally, I think it's right to fight for what we love, the Philippines.
