Pro-Palestine students are camping in the heart of the ANU.

00:22 I'm here because I'm a student,
00:27 as part of a collective of students
00:29 who have taken up our political responsibility
00:31 to stand in solidarity with Gaza
00:33 and end our university's complicity
00:35 and ties with the State of Israel,
00:38 including ties with the Hebrew University of Jerusalem
00:43 and their exchange program,
00:45 including cutting ties with arms manufacturers
00:51 such as BAE Systems, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman.
00:54 The ANU has nearly half a million dollars of investments
00:57 in arms manufacturers,
00:59 and we as students say not in our name.
01:01 We don't want a militarized university.
01:03 We will stay here for as long as it's good for the movement.
01:06 We'll keep acting until we win.
