00:03 Now to the running backs, it was a big year in 2023.

00:06 We saw two guys in the top 12, B. John Robinson to Atlanta,

00:10 Jameer Gibbs, of course, 12th overall to Detroit.

00:13 No first round selections in the running back spot this year.

00:16 First running back off the board, Jonathan Brooks, 46th overall in round number two

00:22 to the Carolina Panthers.

00:23 He was heavily favored, minus 155 to be that first running back selected.

00:29 >> Yeah, you had a lot of accomplished guys here at the running back position.

00:31 And yes, you do need running backs in the NFL.

00:33 We had an unbelievable all season of a lot of guys signing for

00:36 some pretty good money around the league.

00:38 But we didn't have that one guy that you circled that said could be a game changer.

00:41 And quite frankly, last year's draft,

00:43 we had two game changers at the top of the draft they're going.

00:46 So sometimes you're gonna have very good players coming out,

00:49 maybe an average market, but not to say these teams can't help it.

00:51 And also, Jonathan Brooks is a really talented player.

00:54 I like that move for the Carolina Panthers.

00:56 You can't have enough weapons to surround your young quarterback here.

00:59 And I like that move there.

01:00 Trey Benson was great for Florida State.

01:01 Blake Corum, no surprise, he goes on the West Coast.

01:04 Maybe the surprise in the same team here, excuse me, in the city,

01:07 in the same team where we thought he might be a charge, but

01:09 winds up with the Rams at that point.

01:11 A lot of good stuff all the way through.

01:12 And by the way, going all the way down to the fifth round,

01:14 Aldrick Estime out of Notre Dame that goes to the Denver Broncos.

01:17 I really liked him last year, but I know a lot of people get caught up.

01:20 Hey, man, did you see the 40 time?

01:21 I think that guy's gonna be a pretty good player in the NFL, I do.
