00:002021 is when we won our first flag in 33 years or something like that, which was awesome.

00:11I was 19. And the next year was when I did my ACL. Obviously, that was pretty tough physically

00:19and mentally. I think I'm better for it now. And came back last year, got through to September.

00:29I was sort of hitting a little bit of form.

00:33Fortunate enough to win another one.

00:38Try to have a full pre-season this year. Hopefully, I string together a good year.

00:42Yeah, I'm pretty keen to get into it.
