1945ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜூன் 19ஆம் தேதி பர்மாவில் பிறந்தார் ஆங் சாங் சுகி, அவரது தந்தை உஆங் சாங் தான் நவீன மியன்மாரை நிறுவியவர். மக்களால் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட அவரும் அவரது சகாக்களும் ஆட்சி பொறுப்பை ஏற்பதற்குமுன் அவர் ஓர் அரசியல் எதிரியால் படுகொலை செய்யப்பட்டார். அப்போது ஆங் சாங் சுகிக்கு வயது இரண்டுதான். உஆங் சாங்யின் வலது கையாக விளங்கிய திரு உநு இடைக்கால தலைவராக நியமிக்கப்பட்டார். அவரது தலைமையின் கீழ் ஜனவரி 1948ஆம் ஆண்டு மியன்மார்கு சுதந்திரம் கிடைத்தது. பன்னிரண்டுகள் கழித்து 1960ல் ஆங் சாங் சுகியின் தாயார் திருமதி கின் கி இந்தியாவிற்கான பர்மிய தூதராக நியமிக்கப்பட்டார் எனவே பதினைந்தாவது வயதில் புதுடில்லிக்கு வந்து அங்கு தன் கல்வியை தொடர்ந்தார் ஆங் சாங் சுகி. மேலும் தெரிந்து கொள்ள
