For this cocktail week we went down to Saint Luke’s.

00:09 Hi, I'm Alex, I'm the operations manager here at St Luke's and the Wing Docks

00:14 and today for Glasgow Cocktail Week we are going to be making a triple X star.

00:18 So this is a riff on the classic porn star martini

00:21 using X by Glenn Moranjie instead of vodka.

00:26 So, we're gonna grab 25ml of aquafaba.

00:31 So we're gonna use that just to make the drink a little bit fluffier, a little bit lighter.

00:35 We're gonna take 25ml of passion fruit puree.

00:40 We are gonna take 25ml of our vanilla and ginger gum.

00:47 We are gonna take 25ml of pineapple juice.

00:55 And we are gonna use 50ml of Glenn Moranjie X or X by Glenn Moranjie.

01:05 We are then gonna double strain this into our cup glass which I have not pre-chilled.
