00:08 Megan Thee Stallion is no stranger to lawsuits or going to court, but the rapper has historically
00:13 been on the prosecuting side.
00:15 Stallion testified against fellow rapper Tory Lanez for shooting her in the foot, and in
00:20 December of 2022, Lanez was found guilty and sentenced to 10 years in prison without the
00:25 possibility of parole.
00:27 But now, Stallion may be finding herself in legal hot water, though for a very different
00:32 reason.
00:33 As one of the rapper's cameramen, Emilio Garcia, just filed a lawsuit against his former
00:38 boss.
00:39 In the lawsuit, Garcia makes a number of claims, the main allegation being that he was in a
00:43 car with Stallion while she was being intimate with another woman.
00:47 Garcia claims after the incident he was told, quote, "don't ever discuss what you saw,"
00:53 and was harassed by the star afterwards until he was allegedly let go.
00:57 In an interview with NBC News, Garcia spoke about the alleged incident, sharing, "I felt
01:02 uncomfortable.
01:03 I was kind of frozen, and I was shocked.
01:05 I'd kind of just the overall audacity to do this right, right beside me."
