The next stage of work on the Armley Gyratory is due to take place between 8pm and 5:30am on Monday the 13th of May through to the morning of Sunday the 19th of May.

00:00The next stage of work on the Armley Gyratory is due to take place between 8pm and 5.30am
00:08on Monday 13th May through to the morning of Sunday 19th May. Full and partial night
00:14time closures will be in place as construction of the new Spence Lane footbridge gets underway.
00:20It will be the second of three footbridges completed around the gyratory with new wider
00:25and more accessible footways after the Gelderd Bridge works were recently completed. Motorists
00:31are being advised of the night time closures with the A643 northbound carriageway closed
00:36from junction 2 to the gyratory. The full closure will allow for a police escort for
00:41the delivery of the ramp sections with a diversion of 5 miles. The main works on Saturday 18th
00:48May from 7pm will see more diversions in place, with full details now viewable by searching
00:54leeds.gov armleygyratory.
