Fur parents bring their pets to the Philippine Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (PSPCA) in Recto, Manila for check-ups and to get vaccines on Monday, April 22.

The Department of Health (DOH) on April 18 said it has recorded 89 total cases of rabies from January to March of 2024, which is 2 percent lower than the registered cases in the same period in 2023.
