八点最热报 | 香港从4月22号开始，将会实施第一阶段的一次性塑料管制，这项被称为史上最严格的“限塑令”，禁止售卖所有与塑料有关的物品，包括塑料棉花棒、雨伞袋、荧光棒等，而受影响最严重的就是餐饮业，因为无论是堂食还是外带，所有餐厅都不能为顾客提供一次性的塑料餐具。（主播：颜江瀚）
