00:00 Hello folks, welcome to men and motors. We're in the Galpin Hall at the 2023 LA Auto Show.

00:09 Galpin, if you don't know, are a huge Ford dealership. They also specialize in custom

00:15 vehicles. If you know the show or remember the show, Pimp My Ride from MTV, gas, Galpin

00:21 Autosports actually took over from West Coast Customs when they did a slight reboot of the

00:27 show. They are known for some absolutely exceptional vehicles and we're going to see a few examples

00:32 of those now. So here's quite an awesome example of what Galpin Autosports usually do and we'll

00:38 show you some more a bit later on in the video where I'll just have a walk through a row

00:42 of some of their cars. So as I said, they are mainly a Ford dealership. They do have

00:46 some other dealerships, I believe, but you would essentially buy your car and then you'll

00:51 choose the modifications that you want them to do to give you quite a unique, different

00:56 vehicle from one purchase from anywhere else. This one's a Ford Bronco and we've already

01:01 seen some Ford Broncos at the Ford Show. This one's called the Bronco Badlands. It's got

01:06 lots of custom options on it and it just looks great. So if you want a production, modern

01:13 production car, but you want it to be that little bit different, the guys at Galpin Autosports

01:18 are the people to go to. This is a 2022 Ford GT. I'm going to let you take a look at it

01:26 was actually a custom order from the president of Galpin Autosports or Galpin Motors, Bo

01:31 Buckman, who you might remember from Pimp My Ride. This is a custom order, as I said,

01:37 660 horsepower. It's a one off color, which has been named BoBerry. It's loaded with interior

01:44 and exterior factory options. Unique interior includes a serialized IP badge F1 inspired

01:50 steering wheel wrapped in ebony alcantara, LED rev counter, matte carbon bezel. This

01:57 thing is loaded, absolutely loaded. As I said, it's not just Ford vehicles. Galpin do have

02:04 other dealerships. You've got Aston Martin there and some examples of modifications they've

02:08 done on some of the Astons. Land Rover. I mean, check this out. Look at those wheels.

02:13 Very unique. But yeah, certainly mostly tasteful, I would say. Overfinch over there. If you

02:21 don't know, Overfinch, that's a tuning house for Land Rovers, Range Rovers, etc. We've

02:28 got a Mazda there, Galpin Mazda, the Golf GTI. Check that out. They've taken the interior

02:35 checker pattern and stuck it as a racing stripe. Very cool. Honda Civic Type R. Very nice indeed.

02:43 That's with some new wheels on it. But what a difference they make. Oh, wow. They look

02:48 amazing. And then, of course, we have Porsche or Porsche if you're that way inclined. This

02:55 one is the 2023 Sport Classic. I did see one of those at Festival of Speed. That's quite

03:01 a special thing. Limited numbers, obviously ridiculously expensive. But if you can think

03:07 of a customisation for a Porsche, Galpin can do it. And check that out. Some really classic

03:13 stuff here. Very, very cool. This one's not my particular taste, I have to say. But, you

03:21 know, customisation is about having what you want, isn't it? And check that out. Bananas.

03:30 And then something far more tasteful to finish that off with the 356 Speedster. This one's

03:37 a 1955 model. And check it out. Very cool. Now let's check this out. This is called Daisy.

03:45 And Bo Bockman from GAS says, "To me, it's one of the Holy Grails of Holy Grails. It's

03:49 history with history. There's a first Cobra and there's a last Cobra." And if you like
