00:00 We often talk about in PCYC the things that we're doing are life-changing,

00:05 but when you actually see that uncovered right before your very eyes, it is priceless.

00:12 Absolutely priceless.

00:14 At the time that many people were slipping through the school system and trying their

00:19 best to be invisible until they were finally old enough to go out into the world, yet really

00:26 ill-equipped to do so. The Fit for Work program, I found very quickly, did not allow for invisibility.

00:33 Each participant is treated as a respected young adult. Their individual needs are catered for

00:40 and their interests are explored.

00:43 When this one came to us and we thought, well, that's got to be a pretty clear picture there

00:50 between if we can help these young people to actually gain the skills and the qualifications

00:57 and if they can get access to employment, especially in this environment, you know,

01:03 what we're currently contending with as a society, I just think this is just such a wonderful

01:10 initiative and so we are really pleased and proud to be partnering with PCYC NSW.
