U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres is calling for “maximum restraint” and de-escalation after Iran launched more than 300 drones and missiles at Israel late on Saturday.

Guterres opened the emergency session of the Security Council Sunday, saying that “it's time to step back from the brink.”
