MAGGI MANCHURIAN RECIPE•
Trust us these taste really very Goooood! We coated our manchurian balls with some dried maggi and then fried it which makes them instantly crisp!

Ingredients used are-
For Manchurian balls-
Boiled Maggi-2 packets
Chopped carrot, onion and capsicum
Ginger, garlic and green chillies
Black pepper powder- 1 Tsp
Soy sauce- 1 Tbsp
Vinegar-1 Tbsp
Schezwan chutney- 2 Tsp
Maggi masala of 2 packet maggi
Maida- 1/4 cup
Cornflour- 1/3 cup
Make the manchurian balls out of this and coat them with some dried maggi and fry until crisp on low flame!

For Gravy-
Oil
Ginger, garlic and green chillies-1 Tsp each Veggies- Onion, capsicum and tomatoes
Schezwan chutney- 2 Tsp
Red chilli sauce- 1 Tsp
Tomato ketchup- 1 Tsp
Soy sauce- 1 Tbsp
Vinegar- 1 Tbsp
Cornflour slurry (1 Tbsp cornflour+ water as required)
Mix well the manchurian balls with gravy for 2-3 min on high flame!
