An evaluation report into the Commonwealth Games has been published, focusing on the social and economic impacts of the event in Birmingham back in 2022.

Some of the findings from the report suggest that leisure centre use increased after the games. In addition, the rollout of various sports programmes and events attracted over 400,000 participants. And 16,000 pieces of used Games equipment were also donated to over 290 West Midlands organisations.
