Another issue for Boeing over the weekend as a Southwest flight, using a Boeing 737 aircraft, had to immediately land after taking off after part of the engine fell off during its departure from Denver International Airport. The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the issue after the incident took place on Sunday morning, with the southwest maintenance team also working to review what happened with the plane.
