The US Coast Guard said conditions about the Dali cargo ship are like "nothing anyone has ever seen". Claudio Giugliano went aboard the ship on the first day after the ship collided into the Francis Scott Key Bridge. The centre of the bridge collapsed into the Patapsco River, killing 6 construction workers that were on the bridge at the time. Original
