00:00 Meg, what are the team goals for Nova this year?

00:02 I think our team goals is definitely our attacking and keeping possession of the ball through

00:07 the court play which is really exciting but I think most definitely some really big goals

00:11 we're having is actually working as a team, being supportive and knowing that we've got

00:14 each other's back on and off the court which we've really seen being built at training

00:19 which is awesome.

00:20 Who are some players to watch in the Nova squad?

00:22 Oh, Laura Nolan's back on the court this year which is super exciting, we're always happy

00:26 with that and definitely our mid-court players at training, they've been absolutely working

00:30 on that attack from the centre circle and bringing it down into the goal shooting area

00:34 so I think just the centre court as well but we're really excited to have Laura Nolan back

00:38 on the court.

00:39 Who's the team to beat this year?

00:40 Oh, West, 100% and we're sick of coming fourth, it's been a thing that's been happening year

00:44 and year again and we've got a little secret weapon with Katie Robbo back on the sideline

00:48 coaching which is just awesome and I think we're more hungry for it than ever which is

00:52 super exciting.
