Coastal City Bears Brunt of Deadly Taiwan Earthquake

The biggest earthquake to hit Taiwan in 25 years has damaged buildings and transportation links across the country. But the east coast city of Hualien, close to the quake's epicenter, has beared the brunt of the calamity. Rik Glauert reports from a city coming to terms with a major disaster.
