Emergency Ferry Service To Restore Access to Hualien

Taiwan's transportation ministry is arranging an emergency ferry service to take cars from Su'ao in Yilan County to Hualien City. That's after landslides triggered by Wednesday morning's earthquake cut off the main coastal highway on the eve of a major national holiday.
