mutton Liver Fry

Mutton liver is one of the most nutrition food which also contains iron, chromium, copper and zinc which is good for heart and for increasing hemoglobin level in the blood. Here we have prepared this mutton liver fry in our own style with home made masala. kindly check out the cooking process @timetocookasmr
Ingredients:-
For masala preparation
coriander - 1 table spoon
pepper - 1 table spoon
fennel seed - 1/2 table spoon
cumin seed - 1/2 table spoon
cinnamon stick - 1
cloves - 2
curry leaves - few
red chilli - 5
For liver fry
cooking oil - 2 table spoon
fennel seed - 1/2 table spoon
onion(chopped) - 2 small size
green chilli(chopped) - 2
curry leaves - few
ginger garlic paste - 1/2 table spoon
mutton liver - 250gm
turmeric powder - 1/2 table spoon
grinded masala
salt - 1/2 table spoon
water - 300ml
pepper powder - 1/2 table spoon
coriander leaves(chopped) - few
