She Thinks Yelling at Officer Can Save Her from Arrest

On May 11, 2023, at approx. 0920 hours, Ofc. Roscoe and I (Ofc. Howell) were completing an area check of 1-W Mallory Square (Mallory Square Park). During our area check, we were flagged down by a city employee regarding an unknown black female subject possibly refusing to leave the female restroom to allow the city employee to clean. The city employee stated the unknown black female subject was within the restroom for over an hour. The city employee stated the unknown black female subject became aggressive and argumentative, yelling obscenities at him until he left the area to flag Ofc. Roscoe and me down.
